Graphics:
design cover, format pages, add names to photos supplied
Import or scan advertisements, letters, champion pages, volunteer pages
Pagination of book
Digital proofs provided for teams to sign on (please allow 10 days for first proof)
Photographer to supply photos and names
Printing of Yearbook:
Cover 12pts c1s 4/1; inside to be printed on 160m coated 1/1. Cover and back in color and yearbook inside black and white
Books are to be perfect bound and boxed
Printed within 10 days of final proofs

All modifications must be included in the price. This tender is for a two-year term but DHA reserves the right to not renew after one year.

Photographer 2022-2023
Photographer’s responsibilities:
Taking individual photos and team photos
Providing head shots photos for the yearbook
Scheduling appointments and organizing with teams
Ending each team proofing for team plaques
Delivery cost to be included and set for end of February.
To be able to work with the printer
Work for the yearbook to be completed by mid January

4– player cards including photo and individuals on both sides

Cost for:
Sitting fee for the yearbook photo
