Tournament Information

​

1. The tournament is considered a festival and is non-competitive

2. The tournament is open to teams in Novice 1 (1 Spot remaining), Novice 2 (FULL), Novice 3 (FULL), Novice 4 (FULL)

3. The tournament takes place from January 18 to 29, 2023.

4. The cost of the tournament is $675 per team.

5. There is no additional charge for admission to games during the tournament.

6. The tournament is run using the round robin format. Each team is guaranteed 4 games.

7. Each accepted team must play its scheduled games, or they will have to pay a $410.98 penalty.

8. The tournament organizers are not responsible for any accident or equipment loss that could occur during the tournament, including the applicable fees for ambulance transportation or any inherent injuries.

9. Accepted teams will be notified by December 10th, 2022
